Product description

P.G.I. Pure Baldo Rice is cultivated in the Po river delta area, where rice fields adjoin the sea and there's no pollution source. Baldo rice was developed in the 70s by the cross of Arborio and Riso Stirpe n.136 varieties. It is a superfine rice of valued taste which absorbs any kind of sauce at best. Ideal for risotto, soups and creamy stuffing.
