Product description
The shape has made with 100% Italian Semolina. The doughing and the kneading take place only on cold temperature. The bronze drawing guarantees the roughness and irregularity of the refined product. The manual spreading of the product is achieved by spreading the dough on on fire wood frames. The drying process takes a min. of 18 hours to a max of 60 hours and the temperature is kept between 40°C and 60°C. Each pack is handly packed!

How to cook
For 100 gr of pasta is needed 1 lt of boiling water. You are advised to add 10 gr per litre of cooking sale. Stirring occasionally gently. Taste to verify the perfect level of cooking. Drain pasta, add the dressing and serve
