Italian Prosciutto crudo, produced starting from only fresh pork leg coming from selected supplier in Holland, France, Germany with the addiction of only sea salt. No nitrate and nitrite added. Dry and seasoned for at least 9 months. We can offer a special line produced with meat coming from pig reared in the respect of more strict Animal Welfare scheme. Different size and shape for any requirements
