Product description
Formaggio da tavola a latte intero, pressato con forma cilindrica a facce piane e scalzo leggermente convesso. Crosta non edibile di colore paglierino chiaro o bruno-rossiccio a seconda della stagionatura. Pasta moderatamente consistente ed elastica, con piccole occhiature diffuse bianco-paglierino. Il gusto è quello tipico del formaggio con note leggermente Iattiche. Stagionatura minima 60 giorni.
