Plant-based gelato bar made from cold-pressed juices. Multipack with 3x70gr.
Ingredients
45% fruit and vegetable juice (35% apple juice, 35% strawberry puree, 15% beetroot juice, 10% blueberry puree, 5% lemon juice),15% apple juice, water, dietary fibre: inulin, maltodextrin, date sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), sweetener: dextrose, emulsifier: acacia gum, stabilisers: guar guam / dextrin / locust bean gum / carrageenan / xanthan guam 0,1% lemon juice, salt.

How to serve
Arrive at the meeting with the Gigi kit: -Gigi's brochure -Gigi's thermometer -Gigi cool bag with dry ice to keep Gigi gelato frozen.
How to taste
Please note that dry ice is at -80C°, therefore, the Gigi's are rock solid. Please remove the multipack 5 minutes before the tasting. If possible, please, check with the thermometer the temperature. Serve at -°16/-18C°. Melting time at -18C° = 15/20 minutes
