Product description

Simone extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the unique Simona olive variety, native from Puglia, and particularly in the southeast of the province of Bari, in the territories of Conversano and Castellana Grotte. Organoleptic profile: Green with golden tones. Medium fruitiness with herbaceous notes of green olives, turnip tops and artichokes. The medium-high content of total polyphenols gives it pleasantly bitter taste with a fruity note of green olives turning color.
