Il Feletto è il formaggio morbido prodotto storicamente dalla nostra latteria. Per marchiare le forme il nonno Angelo utilizzava uno stampo in alluminio con la scritta “S. Pietro di Feletto” ma con il passare del tempo questi stampi si ruppero a metà, creando due nuovi nomi: “S. Pietro” e “Feletto”. “Feletto” veniva applicato al formaggio a pasta morbida, “S. Pietro” su quello a pasta dura
