The cultivar ‘La Bella di Cerignola’, typical of Cerignola, an Apulian city in the province of Foggia, is characterized by large green olives exported and appreciated all over the world. This olive variety is traditionally harvested in october, and it is well-known for its size, its distinctive shape similar to plum and its compact and stringy pulp.
