Company history
Founded in 1872 as a deli shop in Milan, Fratelli Polli has become one of Italy's leading producer of antipasti, pestos and pasta sauces. While being European key player, the company is still in the hands of the Polli family, now managed by the sixth generation. Today our products are mostly manufactured in Tuscany, in our recently modernized main plant.
