Il 1976 è l’anno in cui inizia l’attività di Beppino Occelli nel settore caseario. Il Burro e I Formaggi Beppino Occelli hanno sempre seguito l’evoluzione del gusto, anzi in alcuni casi hanno addirittura anticipato i tempi: dalla famosa Tuma dla Paja fino al rarissimo Escarun, considerato unanimemente una autentica ed inimitabile prelibatezza.
